The card system allows gifters to purchase cards for themselves or as gifts to someone else. The gift card can be redeemed either physically at the store or through the vendors' online platforms.

To redeem your card, present the physical card or e-card at the time of purchase physically in-store of the vendor. The value of the card will be applied to your purchase.

The validity period of your card depends on the terms and conditions of the card and the vendor. Some cards may expire after a certain date, while others may have no expiry date. Typically all cards have validity of 60 days from the date of purchase.

All Zari services are strictly within Abuja for now. Gifts cards can only be redeemed or delivered within Abuja.

Cards may be sent by email or delivered physically with a ZARI gift box to the recipient. The gifter also receives notification that the card has been sent.

Currently, most gift cards are valid for a single use only, and the remaining balance will be returned to the wallet of the gifter.
